A bold, tropical classic with smooth coconut and fresh citrus.
The Painkiller is a Caribbean-born rum cocktail that’s rich, fruity, and unapologetically bold. With a creamy coconut base, bright pineapple and orange juice, and the depth of dark rum, it’s the kind of drink that instantly transports you to the beach—no blender required.

4 oz pineapple juice

1 oz orange juice

Pro Tip
Serve in a highball or tiki-style glass for that full tropical bar feel. Want it stronger? Use navy-strength rum for an extra kick.
